Chocolate Prune Brownies: with Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Swirl Frosting (single serving)

Single Serving!

Ingredients for Brownie:

  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Prunes
  • Less than 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla 
  • 1 Tbsp milk

Blend all ingredients together in a Blender/Magic Bullet/Ninja. Now pour the batter into a ramekin (spray with Pam or grease with coconut oil). Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins. Keep an eye on it!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Frosting:

  • 15 chunks of of Herseys Chippits %70 Cocoa 
  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Melt 15 chunks of chocolate in a ramekin sittting in a pan of boiling water. Blend in the Greek yogurt and place it in the pipping bag.

Peanut Butter Yogurt Frosting:

  • 2 Tbsp PB2 (you can buy it at Natures) (it is AMAZING…)
  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp on Honey

Mix all ingredients together and place in pipping bag with the chocolate.
