Cauliflower Soup

I have this for dinner two or three times a week! It is so healthy, has no cream or butter, and is so so yummy!!

This is also a great way to eat some veggies if you arnt a big raw veggie fan like me! And at the same time get some important protien from the cottage cheese!

  • Steam a head of cauliflower in three cups of water. Do not toss the water!
  • Roast a full head of garlic
  • In a magic bullet or blender, blend the cauliflower in the water it was steamed in! May take a few rounds.
  • In the last round blend in the soft garlic, a few dashes of tumeric, a few cranks of pink salt,  a dash of cumin, and a dash of paprika. 
  • Stir all together
  • Put a half cup of cottage cheese in each cup!
