Perfect Healthy Dessert

I eat this every Night! Lots of portien in the yogurt (about 25g), countless health benifits from the honey (antioxidant), and the nuts are packed with healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals. The cinnamon even has plenty of health benifits (to many to list!)

  • Liberte Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Raw Honey
  • Toasted Pecans
  • Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice!
