Summer Slim Down

I’m thinking about doing a series that shows different meal plans that I eat. I feel a lot of people are misguided by all the information on the internet. It really can be confusing to understand what is nutritious and “clean”.


I thought I’d start with three different breakfast meals.



1: Eggs and spinach- 1 egg, 3 egg whites, spinach, and fresh salsa

2: Steel cut oats- Oats, cinnamon, banana, almonds, stevia, coconut milk


3: Green smoothie- Kale, spinach, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, ice, water, coconut milk


All these breakfasts are healthy and easy to whip up. I eat one of these three everyday except cheat day. 🙂
