This is a go to smoothie of mine. I usually make it before the gym. I drink it on my way home. “They” say its better to eat something within 30 minutes of activity. Your body is in a mode to burn more calories. It is high in protein and easily digestible sugars.
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup of compliments frozen mango/ peach/ strawberry mixture
1/2 cup of Librete greek lactose free yogurt (plain)
Handful of fresh raspberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of water
- 400 calories
- 38 grams of carbs
- 5 grams of fat
- 52 grams of protein!!
- 28 grams of sugar
