Farmer’s Market (under 20$)


You can get a lot of good healthy foods from the farmer’s market for a reasonable price. Here is a look at one trip I did this summer.

I purchased: spinach, kale, bok choy, alfalfa sprouts, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, strawberries, cucumbers, peas, green beans, orange peppers, bananas, and tofu.

I usually like to meal prep, so I diced up the veggies and fruit. I made a simple summer salad for the week.

I didn’t use dressing on this salad. The strawberries were juicy enough to naturally dress the salad.
